Smiles & Colours (SnC), the Voluntary Initiative in Art4D that was started in 2006 has a timid web presence but activities are still running!
The design is intended to carry the idea of art as a colourful and happy trigger in the life of dissadvantaged children and youth.

The UNV office in Bhutan was eager to use their local web site to dissemintate information on their work. A pleasant and airy layout with an easy navigation system were needed at a time when internet connections in-country spread in numbers.
