Communication and Networking for the Youth
This training manual is part of a Civic Education Programme designed for the male and female members of
Local Youth Councils (LYC) in Afghanistan set up by he UN-Habitat Youth Empowerment Project (YEP).
ToT was delivered using this module that aims at training the youth on basic principles of, and giving
them skills in, communication and networking to effectively support LYC projects and activities.
