• Training design and delivery, training manuals development

  Capacity building needs assessments, design and delivery of teaching and training modules for adults and youth of various cultural and educational backgrounds. Development of educational and training materials, corporate handbooks and guidelines. (see samples)

• Workshop design and facilitation

  Workshop logistics organisation, concept and sessions design and facilitation in both French and English using participatory approach methodologies. Solid experience in making presentations, designing and conducting workshops, particularly to diverse or non-traditional audiences

• Communication

  Reports, E-newsletters, press releases and articles, speech writing, online network groups. Design, layout and write-up of corporate communication material (e.g.: Annual Reports, Presentations, promotional brochures) (see samples)

• Elections

  Solid experience in advising on and monitoring of, all electoral processes and operations (voter registration, poll staff training, civic education, logistics, management, polls observation) in post conflict environments.

• Computer literacy

  Excellent command of Microsoft Office products, browser tools, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Paint Shop Pro, ACDSee, Pre-press/DTP (Adobe Illustrator CS, Adobe InDesign CS). Design and delivery of IT training modules.
  

Languages: Excellent command of English and French. Conversational German.
