  • INDIA - with IVPAS and TCHRD - 11/1998

An internet presence was becoming a useful tool for small NGOs and groups but back in 1998 little local capacity existed. Building web-authoring capacity was crucial for the staff of the IVPAS (a Programme for Artisan Support) and for the TCHRD (Tibetan Centre for Human Rights). I trained 2 staff in each team for 2 weeks.
